The Story of Poppy & Co

 

Poppy & Co. is an Indian-based design house, founded by Prachi Gupta, where vibrant colours, playful prints, and captivating patterns take center stage. We believe colour is more than just a hue; it's a feeling, a story, an emotion. Our slow fashion collections are born from a deep appreciation for the vibrant colours that surround us. From the fiery sunsets that paint the sky to the calming blues of the ocean, the lush greens of a summer meadow to the earthy tones of autumn leaves, we translate these fascinating colours into unique prints & patterns. 

At Poppy & Co. we believe that clothing should be an expression of joy. Our mission is to infuse your wardrobe with a vibrant symphony of colours, crafted from plant-based fabrics that keep you comfortable and stylish in the Indian weather. We celebrate the art of unexpected color combinations and playful prints, drawing inspiration from everything around us. Our hope is that each piece brings you as much joy as we experienced creating it.

Our Story:

The transformative power of colour inspired my journey from being a fitness entrepreneur to the founder of Poppy & Co. I derive pleasure from simple things in life. On most days it's the simple joy of wearing my favorite pink that makes my day great. I founded this design house inspired by the magic of colours to spark happiness in people’s life. 

Our brand name, "Poppy & Co.," reflects this philosophy. "Pop" signifies the vibrant burst of colour, while "Py" represents the essence of "being." Together, they embody the playful spirit of "being colorful." And "Co." is to celebrate this spirit.
