Exchange & Returns

At Poppy & Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 

• For any reason you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund. 
• Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

• Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 2-3 working days. 

Please note that we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. 

We also cannot accept returns on items that were purchased on sale or as part of a promotion.
